For comparison: Corsair RM1000x can deliver 400 Watts (40%) without fan spinning. Then creates noise from 5 dB (400 W) to 36 dB (1000 W)

Yeah, Seasonic has the same setup. Fanless up to 40%. I personally went with a Seasonic Fanless TX-700 so i never have to worry about noise again. Cuz Seasonic doesn't have the most quiet fans i found out.
