, and 150% of sRGB.
does it means this monitor doesn't have a proper srgb mode? that would be very bad.

"Eva" AND "Evangelion"...with that kind of name and led lighting it must be the nuclear rocket of displays with images full of digital awesomeness and an awesome price of course.

People weren't kidding about the RGB trend getting out of hand.

umm Asus... the "evangelion" mecha-anime itself doesn't have this level of aRGB, let alone sRGB. how many units did you think was a good idea? even in Japan the appeal of a complete anime product line (which Asus now has) is limited to a sliver of a percentage of fans of the actual anime. a "Stranger Things" raspberry pi board would make more sense 😎

I hope Eizo will get OLED some day, the last brand making good monitors.

So far i've owned a S2231W (1680x1050 S-PVA) and my current CX240 (1920x1200 IPS). Not having IPS Glow is a blessing, and well worth the money. I bought the CX240 for €900 in 2013, nearly 10 years old, money well spend really. Probably going for a CS2731 in the very near future, need a new GPU first.

They're worth it though. My Eizo IPS has perfectly even shades of grey near black. No glow at all on the CG2730. Gorgeous monitor to look at for graphic work. Costly monitor though as you said. It was £1500 back in 2018. Plus they give you the colour accuracy quality control printout for the monitor.
