Only 2.5GB LAN instead of 10GB LAN. No backplate. Plus the NVME Gen 5 slot still shares lanes with the GPU Gen 5 PCI-E slot making the graphics card run at x8 instead of x16 when a Gen 5 NVME SSD is installed. Seems kinda pointless - especially at that price point.

unless you use nvme NAS box V: ethernet bandwidth isn't only meant to handle the internet connection. 1Gb ethernet is enough for most internet connections however it is not for file sharing in the intranet, where you start preferring wifi for that. 10Gb ethernet is "fine" for most home sharing connectivity.
