You definitely don't want a TN for a console.

Considering size, it is meant for single person. Then again TN's weakness is mainly vertical contrast/color shift, not horizontal. So you can put few people next to each other and IQ is not broken as much as it would be if one would be sitting on floor, other on couch and 3rd standing. So while I agree that this is not exactly optimal, if targeted audience is person who plays solo...

Why does it have 75Hz if it's aimed at consoles? That is so not helping the cinematic feeling! 😀 Sorry, couldn't resist.

In fact console oriented monitor should have freesync range of 15-60Hz.

What´s the diference between this monitor and an old gaming monitor?

It probably has slightly better colours and response times, as well as FreeSync. Still, I expect it to be very cheap because the specs are anything but impressive.

Branding is the only thing I can see.

This, marketing's the biggest difference. Nothing that screen does that others can't / couldn't do.

Well, almost all 1920x1080 monitors can do 75Hz. At least they say so officially.

At least they could had added a tv turner, infrared for a remote or some decent speakers.

It still doesn't make sense. TN is good for ultra-high refresh rates and/or blur reduction modes. For 60Hz gaming, you want IPS or VA, really. Unless it's about price. But if this monitor costs more than $200, then this is just Asus selling overpriced "gaming" junk, because this is a 1080p, 24", low refresh rate TN panel 😛
