Nice, if I was gonna buy a laptop, this one would be top of the list; the only downside is that it uses a non standard MXM module for the GPU so is not upgradeable, but not that many people upgrade the GPU anyway. Build quality, cooling quality, aesthetics - a good package!

Lol I just bought the ASUS ROG G750 not too long ago, the T4090H model..I could've waited just few more months, because this gaming laptop looks awesome and is almost twice more powerful than mine...

Yeah same thing happened to me with the gtx670m and gtx670mx series. That's nvidia for you, selling old **** rebranded with a clock boost. Learned my lesson since then. Also i'm dropping the gaming laptop thing, they are too expensive compared to a much faster gaming desktop.

Yeah well I could've waited, but I needed a powerful laptop for my work and for some games I'd like to play while on the business trips so I decided to go for it, feck, I should've waited a few months more though....

When I was in the market for a gaming laptop I considered an ASUS offering that was of this general thickness and design but the thing was just too dam chunky and heavy for me to consider lugging around. I want to have a laptop I can carry with me without feeling like I'm lugging a stack of bricks. Well, that and I refuse to buy anything that has a keyboards with an L-shaped enter key. And the one I was considering? Sure enough, it had the dam L-shaped enter key. Why oh why do OEMs insist on screwing with the keyboard layout? We have universal standards for a reason but apparently Lenovo is the only one who gets that. Glad to see that ASUS finally came to it's senses and actually used the rectangular key but of course the screwed with some other elements of the layout. I mean, what the hell is going on with the lower-right row of the QUERTY board? I can't find a clear picture of the board so I can't read what the labels for those key are but that sure as hell isn't a standard layout. Does ASUS think people never use the right-hand CTRL, Alt, Menu and Windows keys so screw those users lets go crazy? Is it any wonder that a lot of laptop users prefer to buy a standard-layout USB keyboard and use that instead? Of course, ASUS is not the only laptop OEM to comit the sin of ****ing with the keyboard layout. Oh no, it seems like every single one of them thinks that reinventing the wheel here is a great idea. Yes, never mind universal standards, just rearrange the layout so every time your customers buy a new keyboard their fingers have to learn to type all over again. NO STANDARDIZATION FOR YOU, CUSTOMER!!! :bang: Ah, that was a good rant. Thanks for letting me vent. Anyways, this is a pretty dam hardcore desktop-replacement hunk of laptop. Does it come with a crane or a hoist so you can pick it up without hurting your back? 😀
