Just wanted to point out this support comes with bios version 2202 your chart also list 2201. The ucode was updated in 2202 for Kaby Lake. However with that said there are times when the bios revisions number do not remain in sync. What is notable is 2202 states the ucode update where 2201 was does not. Anyway what I am getting at was 2201 for my Asus z170-A did not have the Kaby Lake Ucode and 2202 did. I asked about the ucode over at overclock.net and someone looked at the hex info from the 2202 vs 2201 toi find only the ucode was added to include Kaby lake. Less ddr4 training time so faster booting, easier handling of xmp profiles and actually less voltage on secondary voltages rails for overclocking such as the SA and VCCIO.

Oh, I guess I should flash my Pro Gaming mobo then if it has such benefits aside from the Kaby compatibility. I updated the bios when I built the machine (it wouldn't accept more than a single DDR4 module installed straight out of the box, which made even a bios update impossible with both modules installed), but I haven't touched it since as there have (probably) been no problems caused by the bios.
