So, an 8x 3.0 slot wouldnt bottleneck this card much at all TBH. I just want a 6600/xt in this size for my HTPC. Id be tickled.

I agree on that too, but a X16 for the same price would be good too. The good point is that they don't cable the GPU in X2 or X4 like NVidia non-gaming GPU and put X16 on the box lol

Single fan 6600xt should be perfect for that.
