Just to clarify with DX12, DX12 is mainly implemented for less overhead which it does fantastically. As well as scaling across lower tier hardware better while not having any sort of super lows or stutters.

Nvidia is dominating in pretty much all games. Nothing new here. With AMD performance is hit or miss, mostly miss. This is why most don't even consider getting an AMD GPU and AMD's market share is dwindling month after month. Navi won't help them: RX 5700 < RTX 2060 Super RX 5700 XT < RTX 2070 Super non-Super versions will be slightly slower, but better price/perf. It's a win/win for Nvidia.
Not all of them. There is always games that prefer amd/nvidia hardware. All eyes are pointed out at Amd you like it or not. Nvidia paper lauched super cards just so poeple dont forget them.
