Less power draw than 12th Gen 😉

This is what I find impressive. 5ghz with 128 threads.

I know this is probably just a joke, but I must say it, afaik everything on liquid nitrogen will consume less power even on very high clockspeed, cmiiw.

this is why AMD is ruling the server market...and at lower power draw and heat than you-know-who

AMD is not ruling any server market, they have increased sales in comparison to previous years.

maybe it doesn't "Rule" the server market, but the high performance workstation market is ruled by AMD since the threadripper introduction, and as you can see in that chart, the tendency of server market is changing in favor of amd and other brands.

Neither that market... But it doesn't mean that AMD isn't good since 3 year they have great products an very agressive argument for pro. neither that Intel is so great, most of the time it is to renew Intel material, because the IT is lazy or haven't enough arguments to "test" AMD in front of financement dep. lol. But on pro market the pink one on graphic will rise fast, it's less expensive to use, it is faster as more "customisable" to fit it use, and cost lot less... everything lights are green for them.

i should've been more specific AMD sells over 60% of new cloud servers and the remaining 40% are legacy/ARM (or are for Intel's Cloud Services) AMD has 100% penetration at Google and over 60% @ AWS (Amazon Web Services) which are by far the largest purveyors of cloud based servicing and computing. 100% penetration @ Netflix, Disney+, HBOmax/Hulu and every leading streamer in the west and China. Intel servers are (De Facto) legacy ARM servers are for less demanding jobs

ALSO - the definition and role of "server" has been in a dynamic flux both AMD & Intel sell professional grade workstations. all of Intel's falls under the rubric of "server" as that is how Xeon is sold. AMD has TR & Epyc. both can be used as servers, but TR is more user friendly. the workstation market is very nebulous (after all you can have a workstation with a 5950x) but it is controlled by AMD overwhelmingly with TR. TR has made huge inroads in the scientific workstation community as well as the consumer and film production markets. Intel's HEDT never made much of an inroad in these markets as the Xeon options were plentiful and the Intel HEDT mobos limited by lack of ECC compatibility. with AMD you can run ECC on Ryzen, let alone TR.
