Looking at good implementations of temporal techniques though are why the tech is exciting imho. It can look good and it can be improved upon. Seeing it happen has been fun imho 🙂
As long as people who made it are aware of the issues and are trying to improve it. Every improvement is welcome considering we basically need some sort of AA unless we go back to CRTs 😀.

think what he means is that motion is where they show artifacts(Ghosting, blur, sharpening etc etc). And Developers don't always do a great job to prevent it, even when a given tech is capable. Usually stuff gets patched, but not always.
Exactly. At least we can't complain about devs when it comes to this now, they managed to get attention of big 3 (+ Epic to some extent) to do something about it and only 1 needs to be successful to keep others in check.

*shrug* The issues are still there. You can be perfectly happy with how it looks. But issues with motion sharpen, overall image softness in the other direction, ghosting, stability glitches etc etc are still present and vary from game to game, version to version and patch to patch. DLSS 2.x has come a looooong way to get where it is today. But it's not perfect either.

I initially thought there was a chance that FSR might be a "one and done" phenomena, so I find it encouraging that there is a Version 2.1 available for use. It is always easy to spend other people's time and resources, but, unless implementing this is harder than Etruscan trigonometry, it would be puzzling why every game that has committed to any level of FSR thus far wouldn't ramp-up to the very latest version available. Most especially if FSR is featured in what is a developer's current marquee game. (It's unfortunate that AMD and Giants Software didn't choose to showcase the Farming Simulator 22 DLC add-on, Zombies In The Corn, or the new FS22 Battle Royale mode in this FSR 2.1 Update video. A missed opportunity.)

I'm loving FSR 2.1.1 mod injected into DLSS2 games. Love the results. Both better visuals (temporal stability) and increased performance.

revelation 🙂 it's a pity there is no fsr 2.0 in games what i have, modern warfare ,bf2042 cyberpunk ver 1.6 fsr 1.0 Xd
EDK-Rise:

do you know how to use FSR in BF2042 with GTX 1080? DLSS option is disabled so i can't use this mod.
Use lossless scaling or magpie, those apps will inject FSR (1.0) and both apps are working in MW2019/WZ and BF2042. Better this than nothing.
