We continue to investigate the issue with AMD Radeon R9 290 and AMD Radeon R9 295X2 Series products [82667] Star Wars™: Battlefront - Shadowy textures are visible around hills/structures/caves [81890] Just Cause 3 - Texture corruption may be experienced during gameplay [54874] Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 - Poor AMD Crossfire™ technology performance may be experienced [82338] The driver installation may fail while installing the ACP component [82426] The font size in Chinese language installations may be too small [82438] The label range values in some AMD FreeSync™ technology installations may be incorrect [82536] The Radeon Settings dropbox does not close when it is clicked on a second time [82603] The AMD OverDrive™ fan settings is always set to ON after first edit on reboot [82586] Language shows up as Chinese Simplified when Chinese Traditional is selected in Windows® 7 [82656] Radeon Settings crashes on the Display tab when cloning a display via HDMI on some notebooks [82671] AMD OverDrive fan speed is reset to Manual on exiting from a 3D game or application. Wow, a lot of fixes. I'm equal parts impressed by how many bugs there were and how many of them that were fixed. Wonder why it's over 100mb bigger than the WHQL though?

Worse for me the clocks locks 500/1300mhz(original 925/1375) , roll back to 15.11

Still downclocking? In what games? My clocks are rock solid 1170/1500 with both versions.

Bad 🙁 From idle temperature 30C now is 50C! Next from idle clocks core/memory 350/150MHz went to 400/1250! Only Auto fan is fixed but now it must stay active all the time because of 50c idle temperature. Where are the display rotation options, where are the video options?! I cannot set 0-255 for video, now we only have limited RGB 16-235 🙁 I must revert to 15.11...

The new Crimson 15.11.1 Beta drivers are working fine on my Alienware M18x-R2 Laptop with two Mobility Radeon 7970M 2GB video cards in CrossfireX mode. All the issues I had with the previous official Crimson 15.11 drivers seem to have been fixed.

Back on slow 15.11.1 with CCC and everything is here and everything if fine...My ASUS 7870 V2 breath again. Idle temperature back from 50 to 30C and clocks are fine.

My friend still have problems with these in World of Warcraft. Apperently they lock her clock on her r9 fury to 5-600mhz. That doesnt happen with "15.11.1 CCC".

These are literally the worst AMD drivers i have ever installed, from immediately getting a cnext.exe error to ****ting the bed all over my pc, cant even uninstall them properly with a uninstall failure. Massive golf clap amd.

It is "magic". The marketing department was asleep and couldn't stop the engineers from releasing this. Or the intern in charge of splitting up the inf into legacy and modern died of heart failure. OpenGL is not detected for me again. 6850m

Yeah they added back support at least for this version set for the 5000 and 6000 series. Now I have an odd issue with these. I do not use MSI AB or Overdrive, nor have I even clicked on the overdrive tabs and accepted the EULA for overdrive, however I use a different overclocking tool specifically HIS iTurbo ( it does all I need with little effort). Here is the odd thing, after I used it to overclock my GPUs and restarted, it restores the overclock on windows boot up like I had had overdrive enabled while using it. HIS iTurbo neither starts with windows nor is it set to resume to the clock. It restores everything but the VDDC offset.
