So that's why AMDRyzenmasterSDKTask is added as a scheduled task... It points at CPUMetricsServer.exe which is located in C:\Program Files\AMD\CNext\CNext

That's to start the process to monitor CPU usage for metrics collected by Radeon Software (and the overlay). To avoid the issue described here, you have to not install the Ryzen Master SDK component. (using this tool https://forums.guru3d.com/threads/radeon-software-slimmer.433119/ )
