Important Notes
For users that game remotely with AMD Link, one important announcement is that AMD is ending support for the AMD Link software. We originally launched AMD Link at a time when there were few alternative remote gaming solutions for Radeon graphics users. Today, there are many options available for users to stream their PC content to other devices. AMD’s role is to enable and support developers, not compete with them. As such, we are ending support for AMD Link and focusing our resources on other core capabilities and features that benefit users. We will also continue to support developers with our SDKs such as the AMD Advanced Media Framework that allow them to enable streaming functionality within their solutions.
For users who previously installed an AMD Software insider preview driver, running AMD Cleanup Utility is recommended before installing this driver.

@The Creator what's the difference between this driver and the official 24.1.1? It has a different inf version and doesn't have the PCI bus driver.

How to enable AMD Video Upscaling?
For example: Microsoft Edge
1. Open Radeon Control Panel > Gaming > Graphics > Video Upscale > Enabled

2. Open Microsoft Edge > edge:\\flags > Find "Choose ANGLE graphics backend" > Keep "Default" or "D3D11" Mode

3. Open Microsoft Edge > edge:\\flags > Find "Media Foundation for Clear" > Keep "Enabled"

this post.
I just downloaded it. It seems to be the same 31.0.24002.92 version but it's based on a different INF file. It's just for Navi33 so I have to modify it to be able to install it with my card and test it. I will do it to see if with this version I could activate the AMD Video Upscale control in CCC.
I never use the PCI Bridge Extension driver. The card doesn't need it just like the UWP driver doesn't. Maybe it's used just in case of Noise Suppression or AMD Link streaming. I don't use them so I delete the "amdxe" and "amdfdans": directories as well.
Actually, I hear the same beep sound when I activate the Chrome flags. But I can't activate the GUI control (and the slider) for the video upscaling in the CCC. Maybe it's just a GUI bug.
Do you think I haven't tried? 😀

No point enabling video upscaling with more then one monitor configured

Just tried a bit Quantum Break and Control DX11/DX12 with AFMF works fine as before. Used the old fan/wattman profile from tech preview drivers also works.

So HAGS for RDNA 2 "works" now; as in, the system hitches and freezing that occurred when trying the reg hacks on the 23.30 are no longer there, and the system is fully functional without system latency. When I added the reg keys after restarting the computer, the display disconnected, went black, and then reappeared as if you were using the restart.exe from CRU when adding a higher refresh rate to your display. When the display came back on, I was greeted with a TDR error message and a translucent border around my Radeon Control Software reminiscent of the Aero design from Windows Vista, and my taskbar goes crazy whenever you hover on the Windows logo or search bar. If you open a new app, the Radeon Software logo is displayed askew. Although since they implemented official support for the monolithic Navi 33, it runs much smoother and has no system stutters, barring the issues mentioned.
Edit: I apologize; after a few system reboots, the same issues from 23.30 still occur, although not as egregious, but present none the less.
