Not sure if this has been here before but just forwarding it.
Not believing anything until next week. The most reasonable conclusion is a slight performance edge for Fury X, until the 4GB of RAM is allocated, in which case the Titan will rape it, so the Fury X will be sold at a lower MSRP then the Titan I'm more interested in the Fury, since its competition has 6GB of RAM, so it's only -2GB to get a Fury instead of a 980ti. I'm sure dat 4096 bit memory bus will result in better performance (10% or so...I'm sure the GPU core clock bottlenecks it) then the 512 bit 980ti, and if it's a lower MSRP too...

384 bit.

The article also says this.
When it comes to potential gaming performance, the Fury X scores 102FPS on the Manhattan benchmark found in GFXBench, with the Titan X beating it easily with 137FPS.
Its all speculation at this point though

according to wcc the Fiji have very slight better score that titanx, means nothing atm. but i do believe 980ti and fiji are toe to toe, with fiji is better for 4K but still not enough.

doubt Figi's better for 4k in modern games that will certanly eat that 4GB up like butter. However, I agree that Figi will likely have more raw processing power.

Hats off to Amd for this much improvement over the last generation.. Great improvement as compared to nvidia.. Fury x is looking like having a 45% improvement over the R9 290x.. while Nvidia's Gtx 980ti only shows about 30% improvement over Gtx 780ti.. This shows the true awsomeness.. 🙂

Yeah but it's taken so long godammnit. 😀 Ppl getting impatient.

Uh what? Literally none of the graphs posted show a 45% improvement over the 290x. They don't even show a 45% improvement over the 280x.

Btw have u read the post on wccftech, go to the site and read the latest news there it shows benchmarks, go here and read throughly.. then post anything ok? btw from that post if u use simple mathematics ull see that Fury X is actually approx 43-44% faster than a R9 290x..

Modern games like TW3 that doesn't even use 2gb? :|

You mean to say call them rumors and speculation...then post anything okay? Hopefully AMD comes out with a good product. We need competition and at least two viable competitors in the market. If not, Fury X may end up making AMD fans Fury US.

Btw when titan x was about to be launched, before a few days the same benchmarks came and those turned out to be true, so i think these are actually true, and u are right we need a competitor from Amd, and this card is gonna be that. Hopefully 🙂

Or it just shows that AMD recent performance has been lacklustre, making it easy to improve +45% from previous generation. Anyway, we should care about the future, not the past. If Fury proves to have great gaming performance, it could mean that AMD is back on the grid. We shall see. :)

When NVIDIA GameWorks kicks in...... lol.

I wasn't aware AMD had ever "left the grid"...;) If you for instance mean the "$1500 grid," well, I'd prefer it if AMD never gets on that grid. Hmmmm....;) (Benchmarks & rumors...the domain of the gullible, eh?)
