Still waiting user report for Pci bus related problem fixed on this version

games keep crashing previous drivers 21.9.1 on rx6800xt, hope this one no crash issues
P.O.N.
Had an error message during installation, but everything seems alright.

No error during upgrade installation. Hopefully this fixes RS crashing, GPU PWR bug, and my OC setting (max power) staying through restarts. Will report back after I have done some testing.
Update:
Looks like the GPW PWR bug is still present. In the OSD readout GPU PWR fluctuated wildly between about 180-365w during Time Spy where in 21.8.2 and previous drivers it would stay solid at about 289w.
My power tuning setting stayed through a restart so hopefully that is fixed.
Did two Time Spy benchmarks and I got about 100 points less than 21.9.1 which is margin of error I guess so the performance looks good so far.

Right before d2r. No errors here installed fine on the rx580. Had to use a new tuning profile for some reason old one didnt work. Was updating from 21.7.1.

What is this pci problem? Where i can read about it?

I would think that for people with power stability issues, please make sure you are on current AMD chipset drivers and BIOS with 21.9.1 and later, if you are on AMD systems.

when are they going to important stuff?? this mini tiny bugs. the driver is kaput, even HDR crashes the system black screen it.

Report your issues to amd. I'm pretty much bug free, didn't even have the power/metric bugs that were mentioned. HDR works for me but there's no way for me to tell you why it works for me and not you

I still have color range problems watching YouTube with Chrome/Edge, but it's okay with hardware acceleration off.
Auto OC for CPU is disappeared in 21.9.2, although highlight has indicated that it has been repaired.

I don't have said issue in chrome but I run canary build. Maybe it's a chrome issue/change in driver that release version chrome has a conflict with

Same problems here... There still doesn't appear to be any CPU config options in the tuning section of the Radeon Software. I too have a 5800x.
Nicked_Wicked
Works fine for me, I too have a 5800X.

No cpu options here but expected as i still use 2700X.

AMD Radeon Software Auto Overclock and Windows 11 ... - AMD Community
Auto Overclocking for AMD Powered PCs
Gamers who have a PC powered by the latest AMD Ryzen™ 5000 series processor and AMD Radeon™ 6000 series graphics card can now take advantage of a new, simple to use, auto overclocking feature found in AMD Radeon Software.
Do either of you have a 6000 series GPU? If not that is why it isn't showing.

EDIT: This is no longer relevant. Looks like it was a bug as explained in Update 2 at the bottom.
Anyone notice that 2100 is now the lowest value for the VRAM speed? Before it was 2000 and my OC was 2100 but now 2100 is the minimum. Did AMD raise the default VRAM speed on our 6800 XT cards or is this a bug? Can anyone confirm they have the same readout as mine? Also, the old auto overclock VRAM told me to set it at 2100 and now it is telling me to set it at 2150 which seems to be the max. Going to try it out and see if it is stable.
Thanks

Update: I just Time Spy three times and Port Royal once with my VRAM at 2150 and it was stable although my scores did not increase (though I did not expect any significant increase in such a small OC). 2150 is the max I can put the slider too so it look like AMD has given us a very small window to OC the memory though has increased the base speed for everyone assuming I get some confirmation that others have the same changes.
I have also noticed that the frequent crashing of Radeon Software from 21.9.1 is no longer present which is very nice to see.
Update 2: Played a game on my Samsung 65" Q80T today and when it switched over to the TV my OC settings got reset and the VRAM OC slider went back to normal. So, now it goes from 2000-2150 like before. Guess it was some sort of bug.
