Sux. I do not want MS game passes with new CPU. I would rather have $30 discount for removing cooling form box and another $15 for 3 months game pass.

I tend to agree. If people wanted the game pass, they'd have gotten it already. Same reasoning why I'm generally not counting game bundles as value to me personally.
Also, doesn't that "force" you to register with m$ again to use it? Bothersome.

Well, getting very new and valuable game or something that's yet to be released and you want it is OK. But in general, this particular thing is more miss than hit.

Yes... at least this time around they announce this before widespread launch, that's well done I have to note.
But I've honestly never gotten a game with my cards... that one time I was close, the window to redeem it was so short I missed it by 2 days (1080TI) due to waiting for a waterblock.

Not even released, and they're already announcing bundle makes me hmm...
Then again I don't have particularly high expectations when it comes to Navi. Polaris chip, only late, needs to carry Polaris price EOS.
But 3 months Xbox Game Pass... honestly.. that sounds lika a loads of fun and value for a happy owner of new GPU.

I hope everyone with a Gold sub on the xbox has grabbed the ultimate gamepass at this point, it is still at £1/$1 at the moment, and it will give you gp to match your gold sub time plus you also get the same on pc gamepass, and all for £1/$1......so if you grabbed this deal and got the 3 months gold, then that would mean for that £1/$1 you would get 4 month of gold, and 4 months of gamepass on both console and pc.........so just a heads up for those who missed it or who grabbed this card. 😉

You get new GPU, and hundreds of games to try it out - sounds like fun.
Especially considering the hoops I had to go through with my 2070 only NOT TO be able to redeem anything... now I need to calm down 😡 😡

Well, this bundle is worse than the Division 2 Gold + WW Z and especially than the Division 2/RE2/DMC5 bundle. I really liked the idea of choosing 2 games out of 3 (or the NV "choose 1 of 2" bundles, which they repeatedly did).
NV also announced the 2 games for the RTX Super cards. What is your problem?

Exactly as you wrote, and that means it is at best added $15 value which some will like, some will not. But resale value is rather low, if any.
As @BReal85 wrote, there were much better bundles. And I think some are still active here.

I do agree with the above being a long term steam user. However access to 110 game library for someone new or looking to expand their gaming horizons is not a bad proposition either, especially if this boosts AMD in some other way such good compatibility and gameplay experience with their hardware. Also there are some proper good games in there.

Did they improve the windows store though? My games are on a separate drive and i don't backup this drive with my system backup cause it's too big. I backup my games drive less often with freefilesync. The last time i wanted to restore that backup it just would not work. I had a backup of WindowsApps, WpSystem and WUDownloadCache but windows never wanted to recognize the games installed in those from the backup. Luckyly i had just 3 windows store games to re-download (that i don't play anymore anyway) but had it been my steam library ...
Steam remains imo by far the best to restore a backup. Just backup the files and put them back there.
