it's been there for a while and it works just like that geforce experience. tho I'd rather not use it.

AMD have the best development method ever. They wait for Nvidia to come up with an idea then they steal it. Genius!

pretty sure both amd and nvidia have 'embraced' gamers...you know, considering they're behind all the graphic cards?

was a member from the beta days then last week they changed the rewards system and points, everyone lost 2/3rds of thier points accumulated. I was on 10k almost. That got reduced to 3k, not a happy bunny ;( most of the goals to get free things are almost unobtainable unless you spam there forums/ stream on twitchtv, and optimise games according to the community settings (which was always way too low for my setup.) I now need to play until im 50 to get anything worth something for free. SO I uninstalled. some people say they were mining data off the community with such an enticing free rewards system (id like to think they were wrong) but alot of people have unistalled also.

I thought this has been out for a long time? I remember winning a few games last year lol.. I guess I was using the beta then.

I had it installed for few days its annoying as hell. Already have steam don't need another program running in background that involves games.
But AMD FOREVER!!!...no Nvidia in my rig EVER!!!

That nvida can't create much, so they rather buy and make closed standards.
Which I understand to a point, but to see crippling on purpose and disabling stuff is kinda funny xD

If the prices that some retailers are charging were reflecting a new, high AMD RRP, these respected etailers wouldn't be selling 280x/290 for normal prices. It is the retailers. Simple as that.
Prices are normal, see below.
It's the retailers. People are panicking and paying insane prices for used 79xx and r9 280+. retailers take advantage of this, it's a legitimate, 100% normal, everyday procedure. if something is flying off the shelves, prices go up. nothing new here. Proof below, see various "mining" cards for normal prices
