Driver date is around a week older than 13.10 but they are on the 150 branch so I'm not sure these include all the frame pacing improvements..

The architecture is fully DirectX 11.2-capable when used with a driver that enables this feature. AMD is planning to enable DirectX 11.2 with a driver update in the Windows 8.1 launch timeframe in October, when DirectX 11.2 ships.

So at a guess no. Not yet at least.

Latest WHQL is 13.6 for AMD's partners. I mean latest before 13.9 WHQL.

13.10 betas are newer as far as i know, so if you have those on, id stick with them 🙂
