Back when I got my 7950, I got a choice of 3 games. The only 2 good games were "Unavailable" and "In stock soon". Funnily enough these games never came back as an option and I never used the "free game". I would never, ever buy hardware just because I got a possibly false "read the ToS" game/software promotion. Sure it's a bonus if you were already getting that hardware.
