The rigid one is great... Exept if the connector is vertical as on some 4070 and 4080... Then it make the "soft" one logical, exept that most PSU maker do the same for cheap or even for free on demand if you don't have it. Anyway Akasa make it possible (as always 🙂 ), and it is relatively good product for the price.

That 3x8 Block is a terrible idea, just enforces stress on the connector. The before and after comparion make me spill my drink, they can't be serious it looks better with that brick on the side. Just play it safe folks, get a 2x8 to 12VHPWR cable from your PSU manufacturer. Or stick to the official adapter.
