"...Gaming SSD for professional gamers and overclockers..." "...leads to victory when you're in a 3D battle with highly-improved efficiency." Who wrote this horse****? ADATAs marketing department? Trying to sell stuff by labeling it as somehow useful to these so called "professional" gamers (unemployed social w*****e recipients) is getting very tiring.

Yeah, during 3D battle data is on PC memory, not on HDD/SSD 🙂

1. If I had to guess, I think ADATAs marketing department is a pretty safe bet. That's what marketing departments do. 2. Did you waste money on gear like SSD's, motherboards, and sound cards, to make you a better gamer? Do you think drinking Coors Light will turn all your friends into attractive young women that are turned on by men who drink Coors Light? The cursing and name-calling makes me think you bought into this marketing hype at some point, or maybe a pro gamer used to pick on you back in high school.

I don't see anything wrong with it. It's no different than marketing a sound card, RAM, keyboard/mice, motherboards, cases, or any other component inside your PC as "gaming" hardware. If you knew nothing about hardware and were looking to buy new parts for your gaming PC and saw this, or a Samsung 850, most people would probably buy the ADATA one. I mean look at it, it even has fire graphics on it. It must be blazing fast.

The issue is that this has absolutely no bearing what so ever on gaming performance except loading times. It's a piece of storage, it won't get you a higher framerate in a HURR DURR 3D ENVIRUMUNT!! At least Samsung's marketing department made sense with the 840's back in the day: Youtube videos where they went all "Look how fast all of this crap loads!!"

But the product page says nothing about framerate increases. Just because it says gaming on it doesn't mean higher framerate.

Yeah, just because it has gaming on it doesn't mean in actually does anything good for running games.
