Why do these companies think they have the right to say which games i own can and cannot be played via geforce now, they've had my moey so what difference should it make to them if i play on my pc directly or via one of nvidia's servers, its not like nvidia are letting others play my game its just for me. more than likely the publishers want to either create there own streaming service or there expecting nvidia to give them some of the money they make which would be hard if you're only using the free option. tbh all they're actually doing is making me hate them even more than i already do so in the end i will just stop buying games from them. i hope the greedy sods go bankrupt and end up homeless(not the programmers just the investors and publishers) it would serve them right.

The Laughing Ma:

Publishers are stupid single sighted companies that only see the cha ching of dollar signs. Any 'service' that is offering people a way of playing their games and they are not getting some sort of money from it is basically them not getting money they think they deserve. Now my understanding, is that to play a game via G force Now you have to own the game. Which basically means you have already bought and paid for the game, the publisher has made their cash from you but publishers being publishers they believe that some how some way they should be getting more money. Remove G force now and it's basically them expecting YOU to keep paying to play the game you have already bought.
That is what I meant though, that they are gambling that the $ from a person buying a game twice (console and PC) is higher than the $ from people that will only buy a game if they can play it on anything.

You buy a RTX card and a DLSS enabled game and turn it on? I'm not sure what you're asking.

I think he wants to use DLSS 2.0 in that list of games on his computer. @Smiley_ie the wording is "and", as in two separate additions. Games that already support DLSS 2.0 will now work on GeForce NOW, and they are also adding 21 games.

These games do not support DLSS on GeForce RTX cards. They have them with working DLSS on GeForce NOW service...

I say something like a class action lawsuit by us users to put it to bed once and for all. Also, I think the existence of 5G has changed publishers stance on this streaming situation as they're obviously forward looking at potential partnerships and their own streaming+subscription services. All that is negated by Geforce Now. As I said before, Nvidia should've split the app into 2 separate entities. 1) Personal streaming using own PC+games. 2) Streaming service using Nvidia's services. Anyway, Epic's decision here will definitely influence my purchasing decisions. Both my kids are using Epic Store already for Fortnite. I already said boycott in the last thread. My money is in my pocket, publishers you want it? Then stop f-ing me over.
