WiFi-only Microsoft Surface Pro X with Arm-soc starts at under 1000 EUR

Microsoft has introduced a Surface Pro X that is only compatible with WiFi for 949 euros. The Surface Pro 7+, which was previously solely available for commercial use, will soon be available for purchase by consumers for 949 euros.



A suggested retail price of 949 euros is expected to be charged for the new Surface Pro X when it launches  in early 2022, according to Microsoft. According to the Microsoft website in the United States, users will receive a SQ1-Arm-soc model for that fee. The Surface Pro X, which costs 949 euros, also comes with 8GB of RAM and a 128GB solid-state drive.

For the money you get an SQ1-processor, 8GB of RAM, and 128GB of storage: The WiFi-only model has been reduced in price by 200 euros. The SQ2 chip configuration is presently available for purchase for 1699 euros. Microsoft will also produce Wi-Fi-only devices equipped with SQ2 chips in Europe, but it will not disclose the pricing information.

The Surface Pro X was introduced by Microsoft in 2019. It's a 2-in-1 gadget that was developed by Microsoft and Qualcomm and features a proprietary Arm CPU. The smartphone also boasts a 13-inch screen with a resolution of 2880x1920 pixels. A version of Windows 11 for Arm that is solely compatible with Wi-Fi will be included when the operating system is released in early 2022.

Microsoft has also made the Surface Pro 7+ available for purchase in stores. Windows 10 Pro comes with up to 32GB of memory, Intel Tiger Lake processors, a detachable SSD, and a battery life of up to 15 hours on a single charge. According to a press statement, the Surface Pro 7+ will be available for purchase for 949 euros.
