Transcend announced the release of the "UTE210T" series, a 2.5-inch U.2 NVMe SSD with a PCI Express 4.0 (x4) connection. 

This SSD is designed for applications such as generative AI, high-performance computing, and big data analysis.

The UTE210T series features a 112-layer 3D NAND and an 8-channel controller, enabling high-speed data transfer with a maximum sequential read speed of 7,200MB/s and a maximum write speed of 6,500MB/s. It also incorporates a DRAM cache function, which reduces access to NAND flash and improves durability, as well as power loss protection (PLP) that safeguards data against unexpected power failures and ensures data integrity. The SSD also comes with monitoring software that supports smart remote management, including Scope Pro.

With a maximum capacity of 8TB, the UTE210T series offers extended temperature options ranging from -20 to 75 degrees Celsius. Additionally, a wide temperature model capable of operating in temperatures as low as -40 degrees Celsius and as high as 85 degrees Celsius is also available.
