Toshiba 256GB Blade X-Gale SSDs
Toshiba unleashes its Blade X-Gale, the same kind of solid state disk module that's used in Apple's MacBook Air. The SSD is available in 64/128/256GB capacities and delivers sequential read speeds of up to 220MB/s and sequential write speeds of up to 180MB/s. The 256GB model measures just 24mm x 3.7mm x 108.9mm (W x H x D), while the 64GB and 128GB editions are even smaller with a height of only 2.2mm. Pricing and availability is unknown.
Toshiba Corp. (Toshiba) and Toshiba America Electronic Components, Inc. (TAEC)* today announced the Blade X-gale
