anyone that needs 32gb ram will not be happy with a celeron. and no, having 200 tabs open while streaming to yt doesn't count.

Basic model has 8GB DDR4, you can upgrade to 32GB this should be mentioned in the news.
Also Intel on they support page for this page says that this CPU supports up to 16GB RAM.
