Samsung U28H750 Ultra HD Monitor With Quantum Dots
It seems to be the trend for 2017, Samsung releases their U28H750 Ultra HD Monitor With Quantum Dots. he 3840 x 2160 at 28" display comes with a TN panel.
The monitor uses a 27.9” panel, likely a revised InnoLux M280DGJ-L30 used on previous 28” TN UHD models claims pcmonitors.info It comes with a 1000:1 static contrast ratio and has 170°/160° horizontal/vertical viewing anglesThe panel is 60Hz is with Adaptive-Sync supported and thus AMD FreeSync on compatible The variable refresh rate range is currently unknown.
10-bit colour is supported, likely through 8-bit + FRC dithering, and a flicker-free Quantum Dot LED backlight is which should offer roughly a luminance of 250 cd/m². A 1ms grey to grey response time is specified. The included stand is tilt-only, but 100 x 100mm VESA holes are included for alternative mounting. The connectors ports include; HDMI 1.4, HDMI 2.0, DP 1.2 (supports Adaptive-Sync), 3.5mm headphone jack and a DC power input (external power brick). The HDMI 2.0 port may also support Adaptive-Sync and hence AMD FreeSync, although that is currently unknown.
