Rockstar sold 130 million copies of GTA V and 31 million copies of Red Dead Redemption 2
Rockstar sold 130 million copies of GTA V and 31 million copies of Red Dead Redemption 2
Take-Two in its latest earnings report announced updated sales figures for its most important games, with Grand Theft Auto V standing out with over 130 million copies sold across all platforms worldwide (not including free copies given away at the Epic Games Store)
The report also revealed that Red Dead Redemption 2 sold 31 million copies , while NBA 2K20 sold 12 million . Borderlands 3 and The Outer Worlds sold 10 million and 2.5 million units , respectively. Unfortunately Take-Two did not disclose the specific percentages of copies sold on each platform, so there is no way of knowing if PC sales are on par with console sales, if they exceed them, or if they are below.

I think it's about time Rockstar cut ties with Take Two interactive...I mean, why are they even bothering with a publisher at this stage of gaming?
But hey, everyone knows I do not think publishers need to exist any more, yet they got all these franchises for some ungodly reason.
Think about it - you mean to tell me that Rockstar don't have enough money to publish themselves? C'mon...

Sounds like Rockstar employees were living up to their names. I'm expecting the next one to primarily focus on multi-player.
