Regulatory documents from ASRock have been leaked, divulging critical specifications about the AMD Radeon RX 7700 XT and RX 7800 XT graphics cards.

These submissions to the Eurasian Economic Commission illuminate the memory configurations and other technical specifics of the forthcoming GPUs as spotted by @momomo_us via videocardz. According to the data from ASRock's filings, the Radeon RX 7700 XT will be equipped with a 12 GB standard memory and will utilize a 192-bit GDDR6 memory interface. The RX 7800 XT details from prior leaks about the PowerColor RX 7800 XT Red Devil suggest that it is built on the "Navi 32" silicon, boasting 60 RDNA3 Compute Units (CUs) and 16 GB memory on a 256-bit memory bus. ASRock's documentation not only validates the RX 7800 XT's existence but also ratifies the memory configurations of both the RX 7800 XT and RX 7700 XT, thereby underscoring the 16 GB memory configuration of the RX 7800 XT.

Furthermore, ASRock's data provides a glimpse into upcoming models, mentioning the Steel Legend (SL) and Challenger (CL) series. The Radeon RX 7700 XT is of notable mention, with details suggesting a 12 GB memory setup, on par with the existing RX 6700 XT model's memory capacity. ASRock plans to offer this variant across its Phantom Gaming (PG), SL, and CL lineups.

While listings from the Eurasian Economic Commission may not always denote imminent releases, the data in these submissions act as substantial indicators of AMD's forthcoming GPU SKUs. Both the RX 7800 XT and RX 7700 XT are projected to be introduced within the current quarter.

Additionally, the RX 7700 XT, poised as a contender against the GeForce RTX 4070, will be based on the same "Navi 32" silicon as its RX 7800 XT counterpart, albeit with certain functional elements deactivated. This GPU will likely have fewer than 60 CUs, with a tailored memory structure that leads to a 192-bit memory bus to support its 12 GB memory capacity. Though the precise memory velocity for the RX 7700 XT is yet to be verified, previous leaks have hinted at an 18 Gbps memory speed for the RX 7800 XT, potentially translating to a memory bandwidth of 432 GB/s. The RX 7800 XT and RX 7700 XT, slated for a release this quarter, are set to play a pivotal role in AMD's top-tier graphics card portfolio.
