In addition, it also comes with two built-in 2W stereo speakers and has 1x dual-link DVI-D, 2x HDMI and 1x DisplayPort connectors.

1440 is the new standard. You know that by looking at how many models are coming out. That's it. All over. 1440p. 16:9. Done.
I thought 6 months back ultra-wide was the new hot thing but I was wrong (Like MXM video cards. Shame as that was a nice format).
