I wonder why no one tries to make half-height passively cooled cards...

Will be looking for a review of that one.

I would assume it's because they can't disipate enuff heat unless they made some weird three slot half hight card.

Correct, heats needs to go somewhere so you need some sort of buffer to take in that heat, hence you will need quite a bit of radiator surface area.

Awesome concept. If it doesn't throttle, it could be great thing to have in living room media pc. With console performance
