Office 2013 might launch on January 29

A rumor points to the plan that Microsoft will  launch Office 2013 on January 29th, about two months earlier than previously expected. The US will reportedly get it first, while other countries will follow in the coming months, with all of them completed by November. A few days ago, there were reports that Microsoft was going to make us wait until March 31st to launch Office 2013.

Today, a new report suggests that Microsoft's latest version of the office productivity suite will be made available to the general public in just a few weeks. Specifically, ZDNet.com reports that, according to their sources, the launch date for Office 2013 is looking like it will be January 29th. The same report claims that Microsoft is holding training sessions for its partners in its Redmond, Washington headquarters for both Office 2013 and the new version of Office 365 the week of January 21st.

I've been using MSDN version for some time and I'm really pleased with it. However some people will need to take time adjusting to it, especially the animations.

I like everything except for the themes. The whole white on blue thing drives me insane. Looking at outlook gives me a headache in like 10 minutes. Changing to the grey and whatever does really solve it either.

So far I still see no reason to replace my Office 2007. Also these things are expensive! I was lucky that my Office 2007 was given as a gift or else I would have been using Open Office lol

Similar, still on Office 2003 for Word, Excel, MSAccess and Outlook.
Theres so little need for anything more, works great.
