Low Power AMD Kabini Specs surface
A list of details is showing several of AMD's upcoming low-power Kabini APUs (Atom competition). The A4-5000 and A4-5500 feature CPU clock speeds of 1.50 GHz and 1.55 GHz, respectively, and Radeon HD 8330 graphics, featuring 128 stream processors, but 500 MHz GPU clock - the highest in its class. The list also points to an A6-5200.
We're not sure which silicon it's based on, but it's outfitted with a quad-core CPU clocked at 2.00 GHz, and Radeon HD 8400 graphics. he E1-2150 has a cpu clock of 1.05 Ghz and 2 Cores with 1 MB of L2 Cache. It uses HD 8210 as the integrated gpu. The A4-5050 has a cpu clock of 1.55 Ghz and 4 Cores with 2MB of last level cache. It supports DDR3L-1600 Memory and has a Power envelope of just 13 Watt. The branding of the A4-5050 as an “HP” product also hints at the fact that it might be an HP-Only OEM product. The E1-2150 has 50 more Mhz than the E1-2100 and similarly the A4-5050 is 50 Mhz faster than the A4-5000.

Aren't the cores in the XBone and PS4 based on this architecture?

It will be nice to see these compared to the E-350/E-450/E2-1800.
I've got the E-450 and it does ok as an HTPC and as a very-low-level gaming machine (Rift, Wow, Civ5, etc). But it has SERIOUS cpu issues.
AFAIK, the A4-5000 should be tons better than the E-350/E-450/E2-1800, not only CPU wise (double the performance in both single and multithreaded apps) and GPU wise (probably helped by the CPU bump), but also lowering slightly the power consumption.
Can't wait to see a 200 € Zotac based on this chip.
