KFA2 GeForce GTX 780 HOF 6 GB

KFA2 GeForce GTX 780 HOF 6 GB

Just like Galaxy, KFA2 has now launched their GeForce GTX 780 HOF (Hall of Fame) card in a 6 GB model. The product comes with a white PCB, has a custom 10 phase VRM and uses ELPIDA memory chips.

Aside from the 6GB this model is similar to the 3GB model that launched July last year. The product has a factory clock of 1019 MHz core (863 MHz reference) and has a Boost frequency of 1071 MHz (928 MHz reference). The memory clocks are reference at 6008 MHz (effective data-rate). Based on the 28 nm GK110 silicon GeForce GTX 780 has 2304 CUDA cores, 192 TMUs, 48 ROPs, and a 384-bit wide memory interface.

Other noteworthy features are tantalum capacitors, a custom 10 phase VRM and the usage of ELPIDA memory chips. When we look closer at the card we see 2 x 8-pin PCIe power connectors. The card has a dual-fan cooling solution with on top a ‘Hall of Fame’ logo that lights up in white (LED back-light) once powered up. The cooler itself has four 6mm heatpipes leading through an aluminum fin stack dissipating heat from the GPU core. On top you'll spot two 90mm rated at a maximum 3600 RPM.

I think at this point of time it makes more sense to wait for GTX880.
BTW nice card.

BTW nice card.

Custom cards like these always come out waaaay too late.

I like the looks as well, even though some might find it to look a bit cheap.
