Innodisk offers 112-layer 3D TLC industrial SSD with maximum capacity of 8TB
A new industrial SSD product that uses 112-layer 3D TLC NAND flash. The 96-layer 3D TLC NAND model (maximum capacity 2TB) has been expanded to 8TB (4TB for the M.2 model), which is four times the maximum capacity, and the transfer speed has also been increased.
In addition, it is equipped with functions such as LDPC and ECC error correction, "Direct write mode" that suppresses performance degradation, "iDataGuard" that enhances durability, and "iPowerGuard" that protects power loss. It supports applications that require large capacity and high-speed storage, such as 5G terminals, edge computers, deep learning, and smart medical.
The interface is SATA3.0 (6Gbps), NVMe with PCI-Express3.0 (x4) connection, NVMe with PCI-Express4.0 (x4) connection, and the form factor is 2.5 inches and M.2. The maximum transfer speed is 7,500MB / sec for sequential reading and 6,700MB / sec for writing for the 8CH model with PCI-Express4.0 (x4) connection, and 3,800MB / sec and 3,000MB / sec for the 4CH model, respectively.
