iiyama Releases 38-series ProLite TFxx38UHSC Displays

iiyama Releases 38-series ProLite TFxx38UHSC Displays

iiyama’s new 38-series (ProLite TFxx38UHSC) has followed-up iiyama’s very popular 37-series (TFxx37MSC) displays which have been used extensively in museums, kiosks, shops and interactive signage set-ups around the world.

All five models come with a 24/7 operating time, landscape, portrait and face-up orientation and Open Frame mounting holes to facilitate easy installation and trouble-free operation in kiosks, tables, on walls for businesses, education and retail. The 38-series interactive displays are available in the sizes: 32”, 43”, 49”, 55” and 65”. They are designed for intensive use; featuring a 3 to 5 mm, 7H ball-drop-proof hardened glass, a metal bezel and PCAP touch technology.

“In our pursuit to continually evolve and improve our range offering to customers, iiyama’s new 38-series sets the standard for high-performance PCAP touchscreens. The focus on design, with sleek edge-to-edge glass provides ultimate appeal for many market sectors like retail, museums, automotive and healthcare – but the key improvements are around practical deployment for multiple estates. The control and command suite of functions make this range perfect for serious integrators working with the biggest brands.”

Lewis Clifford – iiyama Sales Manager Professional Displays

The big difference with the 37-series is that the mid-sizes have grown – from 42” to 43” and from 46” to 49” – and the 49” and 55” models now feature a 4K resolution just like the 65” model. The 32” and 43” models are still Full HD.
The new displays also offer better network control options to users such as large retailers or museums who are controlling their displays via a network. They come standard with a RJ45 (LAN) network connector and a RS232c connector with a Get/Set command function.

The Get/Set command function is ideal for organisations which have multiple displays at different locations that want to control the displays from one central location. The Get command allows users to request the current status and settings from each display; allowing them to quickly identify from a distance which displays are functioning properly.

The Set command allows users to quickly set the settings of a display from a distance, making it possible to return the display’s settings back to default whenever necessary.

All models are currently available throughout Europe. As with its predecessor, the 38-series will also be available in white in the sizes 32” * and 55”.

* The TF3238MSC-W1AG will be available in Q3 2018
