So yeah, we're at it again, giving away once premium content (paid DLC) for free a few months after. EA, your business plans suck, you're crapping on your customers.
Thankfully I'm finally cured off my Battlefield syndrome and can now happily say I'm not interested anymore, so even the last of EA's offerings is no longer of any meaning to me.
omw dude. why do people always like to complain. All gamers do these days is complain, complain, complain. I think it's a good thing that they giving it away for free. Yes I don't have premium and that's not the reason. for me having to unlock all the guns and so on now will be a pain in the ass due to almost no one playing it.

You completely missed the point.

I have a right to complain. I bought and played every Battlefield game on the PC, which have been 6 games and an accumulated 500$ or more with all the expansions packs, and since they introduced premium passes, I paid that too. I spent enough money on that franchise and games to have a right to complain, probably more than you do to be honest.
You yourself complain about "unlockable weapons" because there's nobody playing, which mostly is because you're late to the party, sorry. So much for complaining and people doing it.... check yourself. But I don't want to bash you, so here's my thoughts on the subject:
The point is, you buy the game on release day (which you obviously don't or you'd have the weapons unlocked already), then you pay again for the expansion set, it costs money again.
EA takes the money, and later throws the content around to get people to buy the game again, screwing over EVERY customer that paid for it, regardless of buying it extra or with the premium pass. You get something for free others paid for, that's not exactly fair, or better phrased, customer friendly. This isn't even some GOTY edition, you just get it for free.
They did this with BF4 already, and now again, and twice tricked, it's shame on me already. If I don't stop feeding their shady politics when it comes to Battlefield and it's expansion pack policy (that screws over people with calculation) among other things, I would indeed have myself to blame for being screwed over for a third time. But this ain't happening, exact same reason I quit COD because it's a mindless milking of a cash cow and how every other game is a reskin of COD of some years ago.
If you yet don't understand why I complain, I guess it can't be helped. Maybe you understand my point of view now.
