A guide from Gigabyte details AMD's upcoming mainstream flagship, you can get an all-core clock of 4.3 GHz. Gigabyte published an overclocking guide for its X570 motherboards. And the Ryzen 9 3950X, which is still waiting for its market launch, serves as a reference CPU. Gigabyte also leaks their own results based on Cinebench R15.

For the test, a X570 Aorus Master Mainboard was used with 16 GB DDR4-3200 memory, for the cooling of the CPU they used an EK-KIT P360. The Ryzen 9 3950X is a stable all-core overclock of 4.3 GHz at 1.416 Achieve volts (that's all 16 cores). The temperature of the used X570 chipset meanwhile climbed to 68 degrees.

In a Cinebench R15 benchmark, they scored a total of 4,384 points with the Ryzen 9 3950X. That translates to a difference of 452 points compared to the stock result of the Ryzen 9 3950X. The stock result of the Ryzen 9 3950X alone is 3,932 points, and the Intel Core i9-9980XE enters a value of around 3,700 points in the Cinebench R15.

The launch of the Ryzen 9 3950X was originally scheduled for September. Meanwhile, the market launch has now been postponed to the coming month of November. You can find the complete OC guide for Ryzen 3000 on X570 motherboards from manufacturer Gigabyte in PDF format here, directly from the Gigabyte servers.
