GeForce GTX 260 Core 216 price drop
In case you haven't noticed already, but it seems that NVIDIA is preparing to drop it's prices of the GeForce GTX 260 Core 216 (216 shader processors) version. Some UK and EU shops already are showing a significant price drop. Typically the Core 216 version of the card costs just over 300 EUR.
It seems that the new pricing model will drop the price by another 50 EUR towards roughly 239-249 EUR for the 216 Shader processor empowered graphics card.
In USD this would mean a price drop to below 289 USD where it was over 350 USD. In fact we just spotted the BFG GTX 260 OC MAXCORE (216) version already for 274 USD.
