Check it out, this is the eVGA GeForce GTX 580 classified edition., Very little is know about it but it's a product along the lines of the MSI N580GTX Lightning Xtreme ASUS GTX 580 Platinum. The tall printed circuit board was required for installing the beefed-up power delivery circuit used for the GeForce GTX 580 Classified, which uses high-quality components and a couple of Nec/Tokkin proadlizer film capacitors for added voltage stability.

Other overclocking friendly features include three power monitoring pin headers and a series of status LEDs for the card's main voltages.

It comes with an advanced VRM circuitry alright, spot the two 8-pin and one single6-pin PCI PEG connector.
