I had to "google" them up (never heard of the company) and found

they have a different logo on their website, if that is even the same company (the name is the same tho)
Their US site (https://us.deepcool.com/) is currently the only one to have transitioned to the new design while the other regions will supposedly be updated gradually.
Also, DeepCool is not a small company. They've even challenged the top air-cooling space with their Asssassin III cooler so they're not some cheap knockoff brand either.

I saw their products on the website I linked earlier. Chinese knockoffs mainly (yes I read what you wrote) but it's like with most Chinese companies and products, cheap at source so why not. Once you see one gaming chair, you've seen them all.
