CORSAIR Launches UHD 4K and QHD 240Hz XENEON Monitors ($999)

CORSAIR has expanded its CORSAIR XENEON family of gaming monitors with two new additions. Both new displays are AMD FreeSync Premium certified and NVIDIA G-SYNC compatible. CORSAIRs Zero Dead Pixel guarantee and three-year warranty extend coverage for both monitors.

FREMONT, CA, July 19th, 2022 – CORSAIR® (NASDAQ: CRSR), a world leader in enthusiast components for gamers, creators, and PC builders, today expanded its CORSAIR XENEON family of gaming monitors with two new additions: the CORSAIR XENEON 32UHD144 and XENEON 32QHD240. Whether you opt for stunning UHD 4K resolution gaming or QHD at an incredibly smooth 240Hz refresh rate, both monitors deliver the beautiful design, brilliant display, and innovative technologies synonymous with the XENEON name.

Now gamers and creators alike can experience gorgeous 4K visuals on the XENEON 32UHD144’s ultra-slim, 32-inch 3840x2160 IPS LED display, perfectly complementing the monitor’s vivid colors and realism made possible by Quantum Dot technology with 100% sRGB and 100% Adobe RGB color space. Now with HDR600, the XENEON 32UHD144 is capable of a wide brightness range and color gamut, for greater detail in the darkest and brightest scenes. Equipped with two HDMI 2.1 ports, DisplayPort 1.4, USB Type-C, and an integrated USB 3.1 hub to expand your connectivity, the XENEON 32UHD144 helps keep your connections tidy with RapidRoute cable management built into its stylish die-cast aluminum stand.

If getting the smoothest image with a high refresh rate is your top priority, the XENEON 32QHD240 is just what you’re looking for. Its 32-inch 2560x1440 IPS LED panel delivers a terrific image, while its 240Hz refresh rate with 1ms response time handily keeps up with the impressively high frame rates that modern graphics cards are capable of outputting. The XENEON 32QHD240 also features Quantum Dot technology and the extensive brightness range of HDR600, and connects using USB Type-C, 2x HDMI 2.0, or DisplayPort 1.4. Both new XENEON monitors are AMD FreeSync™ Premium certified and NVIDIA® G-SYNC compatible, ensuring synchronized visuals with your graphics card for smooth images, less screen tearing, and low input latency. Lastly, enjoy your monitor worry-free thanks to CORSAIR’s Zero Dead Pixel guarantee and the XENEON’s three-year warranty.

Looks good , especially because they are not curved.
We only need better prices now.

Why no HDMI v2.0 instead of v2.1 for QHD 240Hz model? Other specs looks good I will consider it as my current Samsung G7 (QHD) drives me nuts with its random signal loss.
Only thing I will miss its that sweet curve, but I will live haha

I agree about the curve... ;) Don't like it. I've got a 43" non-curved 4k and sitting ~3 feet from it fills 90% of my visual field. Curve seems like a gimmick to me, and gets in the way when you need a large flat work area, etc.

Yeah since they added USB C and DP 1.4 they limited HDMI to 2.0 for console compatibility.
Consoles are not able to use the compression used in 2.1 nor 240Hz and usually cause issues on 2.1 ports.
That's the only explanation I would have.

Why is your Samsung losing signal, have you tried updating the firmware?

Yup, all latest available firmware (1014.1) drivers etc - no change
What's interesting is that it only happens when surfing the net, never when playing games or watching movies, and mostly after it wakes up after screensaver or sleep mode.
Cables are latest DP 1.4a and 240Hz is fully working, I've read many comments on Reddit and it seems I'm not the only one with those kind of issues, sometimes monitor will not switch back on, and only disabling its power and enabling it again will make it wake up properly, never had a monitor that is unstable like PC sometimes can be lol, well never again another Samsung :/

The curve is amazing and high refresh rates are really great tho.. Just those annoying issues makes it that I can't recommend this monitor to anyone.

P.S. I also heard that it can still be issue with Nvidia drivers and this particular monitor hmn..
