Computex 2017: BeQuiet! Shows New LCS Kits and more

Power Supplies, cooling and chassis. Yes The BeQuiet! Subsidiary from listan is also present at this year’s Computex.

Before you go huh? Listan are the people behind the brand names BeQuiet and what was Revoltec. This year BeQuiet! took Computex rather serious and invested some money into and actual booth. On display are the latest series power supplies, their PC cases including Darb base, Silent Base and Pure base editions. Also air and liquid cooling kits are on display. Last year very popular has been their Dark Rock series and for LCS kits the silent loop really has been showing off a nice balance in-between cooling and low noise levels. Have a peek at the photos of what they have to offer, and will be offering.

On display are the TBA liquid cooling solutions and yes yes, a white based chassis. More info will follow as I have to run off towards another press-conference.

FOCUS: Straight Power 11

  • Wire-free design on the DC side. No wires result in better cooling because no cables can obstruct the airflow. Better cooling increases longevity. The connections between components are also shorter, which means less signal disturbances and power loss.
  • Upgraded topology: Now with LLC + SR + DC/DC for improved stability
  • Silent through proven 135mm SilentWings 3 fan
  • ----
  • All capacitors are 105°C rated Japanese caps
  • Only with full cable management
  • 80PLUS Gold rating with up to 93% efficiency
  • Now in 450W, 550W, 650W, 750W, 850W and 1,000W
  • Integration of all possible protection circuits (OCP, OVP, UVP, OPP, OTP and SCP)
  • 5 years warranty
  • Launch in October 2017 for the same price as Straight Power 10 CM

SFX L Power:

  • Regular SFX format comes with 80mm fans that are loud and would require high RPM to cool high power PSUs efficiently
  • Market asks for compact, powerful and silent power supplies for small gaming and multimedia systems
  • Lots of costumer requests / be quiet! listens
  • SFX-L format fits almost anywhere SFX fits and allows larger 120mm quality fan that can operate at lower speed and noise level while maintaining great cooling performance
  • SFX L Power offers the best combination of size, power and quietness
  • ----
  • LLC + SR + DC/DC topology
  • 80PLUS gold rating with up to 92% efficiency
  • 500W or 600W, full cable management with four PCI-Express connectors for multi-GPU support
  • All possible protection circuits (OCP, OVP, UVP, OPP, OTP and SCP)
  • Launch in August 2017 (109€/129€)
  • optional: ATX bracket included for maximum compatibility

Dark Base Pro 900 White Edition:

-          Dark Base Pro 900 was a huge success with media and fans

-          White Edition is limited to 2,000 pieces, each with a numbered plate (e.g. #0007)

-          Eye-catching white color

-          Large 4mm-thick tempered glass side panel with rubber seal – color changed from brown to a light grey to better match the White Edition

-          Highest flexibility through modularity

  • Tray can slide up and down to fit all sizes of Mainboards (ITX – XL ATX)
  • Tray can be taken outside and used as bench table
  • Full system can be pre-installed, tested and dropped back into the body in one step
  • Tray can be mounted inverted
  • Side panel with the window can be installed from both sides as well
  • Every HDD/ODD has a single cage and can be placed everywhere
  • Water cooling can be mounted in all areas:
    • Front: 1x 240/360/420 mm
    • Rear: 1x 120/140 mm
    • Bottom: 1x 140/240 mm
    • Top: 120/140/240/280/360/420 mm (up to 65 mm high)

-          Silence:

  • Many intakes and exhausts for better airflow
  • Noise breaking vents all around the case
  • Anti-vibration rubber block stands
  • Fully decoupled mainboard tray and hard drives
  • New sound insulation foam with different materials to absorb different frequencies
  • 3x preinstalled Silent Wing 3 140 PWM (Higher pressure at the same volume); 2x front, 1x rear
  • Integrated fan controller for up to 4 PWM fans and 4 non-PWM fans

-          0,8-1 mm steel + real aluminium (no foil)

-          2x multi-color RGB LED strips connected to the central control panel

  • 135mm be quiet! fan (24.4dB at full RPM)
  • Up to 160W TDP
  • Mounting for all sockets including AM4 is included
  • Launch shortly after Computex for around 60€

Silent Loop 360mm:

-          Range is expanded with a 360mm radiator model for extreme performance

-          ---

-          Reverse-Flow and decoupled pump (sucking / not pushing against the jetplate)

-          First and only manufacturer worldwide using this technology in an AIO for CPUs

-          Less vibration / less turbulences = very silent

-          Full copper radiator

-          3x Pure Wings 2 PWM

-          Flexible tubes with bend-protection

-          Refill port

-          Compatible with Dark Base Pro 900, Dark Base 900 and Pure Base 600 and all Intel- and AMD sockets
