The 14th Generation Intel Raptor Lake Refresh processors are set to be introduced in October, based on recent data leaks. While the Raptor Lake Refresh series shows incremental specification changes, it seeks a prominent spot in the high-performance CPU market.

Historically, Intel has launched its high-end K-series models first. This pattern suggests that the initial Raptor Lake Refresh processors accessible to consumers might comprise the Core i9-14900K, Core i7-14700K, and Core i5-14600K. Although the K-series specifications are becoming widely recognized, the non-K variants remain relatively under-discussed.

YuuKi_AnS, a hardware informant, revealed the supposed specifications for the entire Raptor Lake Refresh lineup, focusing on qualification samples (QS) or early-stage chips. It's crucial to understand that these specifications might differ slightly in the final retail products, hence considering them cautiously is recommended.

Consistent with its usual update approach, Intel plans to utilize three distinct dies for the Raptor Lake Refresh series. The B0 die (8P-16E) is designed for SKUs from the Core i5-14600 and above, whereas the C0 (8P+8E) die is earmarked for the Core i5-14400 to Core i5-14500T range. On the other hand, the H0 (6P+0E) die, being the most basic, will be integrated into the Intel 300 to Core i3-14100T chips.
