A post on Baidu, which has since been taken down, showed a Cinebench R23 picture of AMD's recently announced Ryzen 9 7950X CPU being put through its paces.

The picture has since been taken down. However, @harukaze5719 shared the Cinebench R23 performance of the upcoming CPU. The CPU is stated to have been cooled by air, so it's likely that with better cooling, we'll see even higher benchmark scores, so take these figures with a grain of salt just to be safe.

The Ryzen 9 7950X is listing back at 2205 points in the single score test, which is almost the same as what Cinebench R23 leaks suggest for Intel's future Core i9-13900K CPU, but a tiny bit slower. The multi-core score cannot match Intel's Core i9-13900K due to the lower total number of cores. If early benchmark leaks from both sides are any indication, the business appears to have increased overall performance compared to the 5000-series, but it might not be enough to claim a sheer win this time.
