Call of Duty Black Ops Cold War requirements : needs up to 175 to 250 GB of space

Activision announced the official requirements for Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War for PC. According to the company, gamers will need to have at least 175 GB of free hard drive space to install the different game modes.

The most striking thing is this, if you choose to play in Ultra RTX (Raytracing), you need 250 GB of storage on our PC, at this rate we might need to call back traditional HDDs again, geez. As for the hardware, to play with "high FPS" with Ray Tracing activated and in 4K resolution, Activision recommends using an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 accompanied by 16 GB of RAM and an Intel i9 9900K or AMD Ryzen 3700X processor.

To play with a good FPS rate to use a high refresh rate monitor, Activision suggests using an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 or an AMD Radeon RX Vega 64. For those who aren't interested in gaming with RTX or high-frequency monitors, Cold War comes down to an i5 2500K or an AMD Ryzen 1600X. It is also suggested to have a GeForce GTX 970 / GTX 1660 Super or a Radeon R9 390 / RX 580.

Hmm, actually it"s not that bad, except the required space.
Here's last year's Modern Warfare installed.

Again? Didn't they learn anything from MW?

But you don't have everything installed right? I checked my MW install and it's 163GB with Warzone and MP installed.

In the image there's 50GB for MP only (probably excluding 4k textures as well, seeing how its spec jumps from 175GB to 250GB).

Fortnite got reduced in size recently, from 105GB to 29GB, resulting in faster loading times as well.
