ASUSTeK unveiled the Pro WS W680M-ACE SE MicroATX motherboard designed for workstations. This motherboard stands out as a rare model in the market, utilizing the Intel W680 chipset specifically for workstations. 



Notably, it comes equipped with the ASPEED AST2600 baseboard management controller (BMC), which features D-Sub output and Realtek gigabit LAN for standard management functions. Additionally, the motherboard includes ASUS "Control Center Express," providing remote monitoring capabilities with intuitive operation.

Key specifications of the Pro WS W680M-ACE SE motherboard encompass ECC-compatible DDR5-4800 memory slots (4 in total) with a maximum capacity of 192 GB. The storage options consist of SATA 3.0 slots (4 in total), M.2 slots (2 with PCI Express 4.0 x 4 support), and a SlimSAS slot (supporting PCI Express 4.0 x 4 or SATA connections).
