ASUS GeForce RTX 3070 TUF Goes Live at ASUS Website

While availability and announcements still have to be made, on the ASUS website they're already hosting the product pages for the GeForce RTX 3070 TUF Gaming graphics card series, TUF-RTX3070-8G-GAMING.

ASUS as expected will be releasing two model, a regular and OC SKU. Lacking on the website is information on lock frequencies but it is confirming 5888 Shader procs, 14 Gbps GDDR6 memory on a 256-bit wide bus holding 8GB of it. The design shows three fans with an aluminum shroud and baseplate that is very similar to the ROG Strix series. ASUS will be implementing a dual BIOS with 'Performance Mode' and 'Quiet Mode'. The 2.5-slot card shows a dual 8-pin peg power connector that we also see on the RTX 3080.

Obviously, more models of the Asus RTX 3070 cards are expected to be released. The official launch of the RTX 3070 has been delayed by Nvidia by two weeks to October 29, which is precisely one day after the announcements for the AMD RX 6000 series.

i would go with the 3070 even if the perf of the 2080ti could be better in some area.
Warranty, new technologies and probably will get better optiomizations
