ASRock announced that it will start selling the Intel Z590 motherboard "Z590 OC Formula" concentrating on overclocking for the retail market.

The domestic release date and market estimated selling price of ASRock's overclocking motherboard "Z590 OC Formula" announced in March this year have been confirmed. The chipset is Intel Z590, which features a 12-layer server grade board, which is rare for consumers, a 16-phase power supply circuit with a 90A smart power stage, and an SMD type DIMM slot designed for overclocking resistance.

In addition, impedance matching and loss due to attenuation are improved by the original PCB back drill technology that removes extra stubs on the multilayer printed wiring board. Signals can be transferred more smoothly, allowing for extreme memory overclocking.

The main specifications are DDR4-6000 + x2 (maximum 64GB) memory slot, SATA3.0 (6Gbps) x8 storage, Hyper M.2 x 1, Ultra M.2 x 2. Expansion slots are PCI-Express4.0 (x16 shape) x2, PCI-Express3.0 (x16 shape) x1, PCI-Express2.0 (x1) x2, vertical M.2 x 1 (with wireless module installed). The network is 2.5 Gigabit LAN by Intel I225V and Intel Wi-Fi 6E + Bluetooth 5.2. The form factor corresponds to E-ATX.

In commemoration of the release of "Z590 OC Formula", a campaign will be held in which the first 100 people will be presented with "OC Formula T-shirts". In addition to "Z590 OC Formula", the target products are "Radeon RX 6900 XT OC Formula 16GB", and since there is no purchase date, people who have already purchased can also apply.
