AMD is set to reveal the Radeon PRO W7600/7500, its entry-level workstation graphics processing units (GPUs), tomorrow. This news comes shortly after the company's unveiling of their forthcoming budget workstation lineup.

The complete specifications for both models were recently confirmed via a presentation slide deck shared by an anonymous source. The Radeon PRO W7600 will house a full Navi 33 GPU with 32 RDNA3 Compute Units and 64 AI accelerators. The graphics card is expected to deliver 20 TFLOPS of FP32 compute power, implying a GPU clock of 2.5 GHz. The card will feature 8GB of GDDR6 memory across a 128-bit memory bus. The total board power (TBP) requirement for this GPU will be approximately 130W.

In comparison, the W7500 model will incorporate a cut-down Navi 33 GPU with 28 Compute Units and is expected to be significantly down clocked to 1.7 GHz. This model will offer 12 TFLOPS of FP32 compute power and will face a noticeable memory bandwidth limitation, reduced to 11 Gbps. However, unlike the W7600, this card will not necessitate a 6-pin power connector due to a lower TBP target of 70W.

The W7600/7500 series complements the existing Radeon Pro W7900 and W7800 line, exhibiting a considerable performance gap akin to the gaming RX lineup. The W7600 is slated to retail for $599, while the W7500 will be priced at $429. In their presentation, AMD benchmarked these GPUs against NVIDIA's T1000 and A2000 models, priced at $424 and $646, respectively.

AMD's Radeon PRO W7600 and W7500 are scheduled for launch tomorrow, as per the information from the slide deck.
